Try Bata. It is inside Big C Supermarket on the Ban Tai Road, about 2 km before Thong Sala. As you go inside the main entrance the shop is on your left.
Good Quality Shoes
The shoes are fairly good quality and pretty much everything in the shop costs less than 1,000 THB.
